Varghese is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience working in the NHS and private sectors of the UK.

Before moving to the UK in 2000, Varghese completed his nursing education and registration in India, where he worked in intensive care and operating theatre.

He then began his career in the UK by joining the NHS as a registered nurse. After leaving the NHS, he began working as a registered nurse for a leading healthcare provider in the northeast of England. As a result of his dedication and hard work, he was eventually promoted to director of the group.Now, he serves as the director of five care home groups that run different care facilities throughout Scotland and the North of England.

His care facilities and employees have already won numerous British Care Awards on a local and national level in a variety of categories. There are currently more than 700 workers employed by Thomas. Within 3 years, Thomas was the recipient of North east fast-growing business award.

ACM OSCE academy, assists foreign nurses in getting ready for their OSCE tests. The ACM OSCE Academy is setup in accordance with the NMC standards which will be launching the first batch in January.
